Our hotel was designed and built with sismic protection, meeting the requirements of a three star hotel.
Located in the heart of the city of Arequipa Across the street from the Santa Catalina Monastery, 2.5 blocks from the main square in the heart of the historic colonial district

All Reservations must be requested via Fax or email and will be confirmed in the same manner.
Confirmation will require a 50 per cent deposit in our bank account.
The final payment must be made before the arrival of the guest.
Please send verification of your deposit by email or fax.
Cancellations for groups must be made at least 30 days before arrival and for individuals, 7 days.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse refund to "No Shows".
